Sewer Line Repair, Install & Replacement near Cole Street in San Diego, CA

Mr. Rooter was called out due to the main sewer line backing up. We looked for a clean out access point but none were found. Customer was unaware of one either. We removed the toilet to gain access to the sewer line so we could run a cable machine to clear the blockage. After clearing the line, we found a spot in the front yard that was catching all the debris. We advised the customer to install proper dual sweep clean outs at this point so we could properly service the line in the future. Customer approved and performed the work. The area was dug up and new dual sweep clean outs were installed with new ABS pipe and fittings connecting back to the original cast iron. Once complete, we backfilled the area and installed sewer clean out boxes. Everything is draining proper at this time.
