Upon arrival, Mr. Rooter encountered a clogged main sewer line with access from dual sweep ABS clean outs located along side property next to alley. Mr. Rooter cabled drain and cleared obstruction. Mr. Rooter ran a camera and discovered a large amount of sludge, roots and sanitary products inside cast iron pipe. We were able to get the line draining but it will clog again unless repairs are made. We highly recommend to either repair the pipe that is compromised allowing roots to enter the system or at least hydro scrub jet the line to fully clean them out and restore the drains.
