Mr. Rooter was called out due to the main line backing up. We cabled the line from a 3" clean access and were able to clear the blockage. We performed a camera inspection and determined that the backups are happening due to the condition of the existing cast iron pipes. Toilet paper and debris are getting caught up on the pipe. We recommend to Hydro Scrub or Jet the line to remove as much debris as possible so the line drains properly again. Customer will let us know when they decide. Line is draining at this time.
