Mr. Rooter was called out due to a lavatory sink not draining. We looked for a clean out access but none were available for this drain. We then removed the P-Trap under the sink to be able to run our cable machine thru the waste arm in order to clear the drain line. We also cleaned out the P-Trap at the same time. After clearing the drain we put the P-Trap back and ran water to test everything. The sink is now draining proper with no leaks.
